These are estimated timeframes. Weather, customs checks, carrier delays, or seasonal shipping volume may affect final delivery.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

If tracking does not update immediately, it usually means the package is still moving through the carrier system.


International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country or region.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Dnhccnut™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local regulations, or import processing.


Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to help ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours after purchase:

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your package after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the outer packaging, if available

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
